yyy9 Terms and Conditions

1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the yyy9 platform, accessible at yyy9.win and through the yyy9 mobile application. The platform provides online Sports Betting, Live Casino games, Fish Games, Bingo, Slots and a variety of other real-money gaming services.

References to "yyy9", "we", "us" or "the platform" throughout these terms refer to the operating entity behind the yyy9 brand. References to "you", "the player" or "the user" refer to any individual who accesses, registers for or uses any part of the yyy9 platform.

These Terms should be read alongside the yyy9 Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and yyy9 when you use our services.

2 Eligibility & Account Registration

To register a yyy9 account, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. yyy9 is strictly an adults-only platform. We reserve the right to request age verification documentation at any point and to suspend or close accounts where age cannot be confirmed.
• You must be registering and playing on your own behalf — not as an agent or proxy for another person.
• You may hold only one yyy9 account. Multiple accounts per person, per household or per IP address are not permitted. If duplicate accounts are found, all but the original account will be closed and any balances associated with the duplicate accounts may be forfeited.
• You must provide accurate and complete registration information. Providing false details — including a false name, date of birth or contact information — is a breach of these Terms and grounds for immediate account closure.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where using an online gaming platform is legally prohibited under applicable local law.

yyy9 reserves the right to request identity verification documents — such as a valid Pakistani CNIC or passport — before processing withdrawals or as part of any account review. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable time may result in account suspension.

3 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the yyy9 platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are supported for deposits and withdrawals:

• JazzCash (mobile wallet)
• Easypaisa (mobile wallet)
• Raast (instant digital payment)
• Bank Transfer (direct to/from Pakistani bank accounts)
• Debit and credit cards where accepted

Deposits: Deposits are generally credited to your yyy9 balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. In cases of technical delay, please contact support before attempting a second deposit for the same transaction.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification if not already completed. Withdrawals are processed within the timeframe stated in your account dashboard, which varies by payment method. Standard bank transfers and mobile wallet withdrawals to JazzCash or Easypaisa are typically processed within one to three business days following approval.

Withdrawal conditions: Winnings derived from bonus funds remain subject to the wagering requirements of the relevant promotion until those requirements are fully met. Real-money deposits are not locked and can generally be withdrawn at any time, subject to verification requirements. However, withdrawing a deposit before meeting a bonus wagering requirement will result in the associated bonus and any bonus-derived winnings being forfeited.

yyy9 does not apply a service charge to standard deposit and withdrawal transactions. However, individual payment providers may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside our control.

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts apply per transaction and are displayed at the point of initiating a transaction in your account dashboard.

4 Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

yyy9 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. These are detailed on the Promotions page. The following general conditions apply to all yyy9 promotions unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Wagering requirement: Every bonus has a wagering multiplier attached to it. This indicates how many times the bonus amount (or in some cases the bonus plus deposit amount) must be wagered before any winnings can be withdrawn as real PKR. The specific multiplier for each promotion is stated clearly on the Promotions page.
• Expiry: Bonuses expire if the wagering requirement is not met within the validity window. The expiry date is visible in your account dashboard once a bonus is credited. Upon expiry, the bonus balance and any winnings derived from it are removed.
• Game contribution: Different games contribute to wagering requirements at different rates. Sports bets typically contribute at 100%. Certain casino game types may contribute at a lower rate. The contribution rates for each game category are listed in the specific promotion terms.
• One active bonus at a time: In most cases, only one bonus can be active per account at a given time. Claiming a new promotion while a previous bonus is active may result in the previous bonus being forfeited.
• Abuse: Any attempt to abuse, exploit or circumvent the bonus system — including placing opposing bets to meet wagering requirements without genuine intent to win — will result in the bonus being voided and may lead to account suspension.

yyy9 reserves the right to amend, withdraw or add new promotions at any time. Players with active bonuses will not have the terms of those specific bonuses changed mid-wagering cycle.

5 Gameplay Rules

All games available on yyy9, including Sports Betting markets, Live Casino tables, Fish Games, Bingo rooms and Slots, operate under specific game rules that are accessible within each game or game category. These game-specific rules are considered part of these Terms.

For Sports Betting specifically:

• All bets are subject to the odds displayed at the time the bet is accepted. Odds on live markets update in real time and the odds at bet acceptance are final.
• yyy9 reserves the right to void bets placed on markets where a manifest pricing error occurred, where the odds were clearly incorrect, or where a game or event result is subsequently found to have been manipulated.
• Maximum bet limits apply to all markets and are displayed within the Sports Betting section. Bets exceeding the maximum limit may be accepted in part or declined.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, suspended or postponed, settlement rules for affected bets follow the standard rules displayed in the Sports Betting section for each sport.

For Casino, Fish Games and Bingo games, the Random Number Generator (RNG) or live dealer mechanics governing each game determine outcomes. Results are not influenced by the platform or by previous game outcomes.

6 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of any balance:

• Registering or operating more than one yyy9 account.
• Using another person's payment method or account details without their explicit consent.
• Exploiting software bugs, display errors or system glitches to place bets or generate credits. Any winnings arising from exploitation of a technical error will be voided.
• Using any automated tool, bot, script or software to interact with the yyy9 platform.
• Colluding with other players in Casino or Bingo games to gain an unfair advantage.
• Any attempt at fraud, money laundering or using yyy9 as a financial intermediary rather than for genuine gaming purposes.
• Providing false information during registration, identity verification or any correspondence with yyy9 support.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited under applicable law, using VPN services or other means to disguise your actual location.

7 Account Closure & Suspension

Closure by you: You may request to close your yyy9 account at any time by contacting customer support. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned via your registered withdrawal method, subject to verification. Active bonuses are forfeited upon account closure.

Suspension or closure by yyy9: We reserve the right to suspend or permanently close any account that is found to be in breach of these Terms. In cases of suspected fraud, money laundering or collusion, we may freeze account funds pending investigation. We will communicate the reason for any account action where legally permitted to do so.

Self-exclusion: If you request self-exclusion for responsible gaming reasons, your account will be restricted for the period you request. During this period, promotional communications will be paused and the account cannot be reopened early. See the Responsible Gaming section for more detail.

8 Responsible Gaming

yyy9 is committed to supporting responsible gaming practices. We do not endorse excessive play and actively provide tools to help players stay in control of their spending and time.

The following tools are available to all yyy9 account holders through the account dashboard and the yyy9 App:

• Deposit limits: Set a maximum deposit amount per day, week or month in PKR. Limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased for a cooling-off period.
• Session time reminders: Set an alert that notifies you when you have been actively playing for a defined number of hours.
• Self-exclusion: Exclude your account for a defined period (minimum 24 hours) or permanently. Self-exclusion is irrevocable for the chosen period.

yyy9 is for adults only. Players under 18 are not permitted to open an account or play. If you believe a person under 18 may have access to a device used to access yyy9, please ensure appropriate parental controls and device lock settings are in place.

10 Limitation of Liability

yyy9 provides the platform and all games on an "as available" basis. While we work to maintain consistent uptime and performance, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or free from technical interruptions.

yyy9 is not liable for:

• Financial losses arising from technical outages, connection failures or game errors beyond our control.
• Losses arising from a player's failure to read and comply with these Terms or any specific game or promotion rules.
• Actions taken on an account as a result of shared or compromised login credentials.

In all cases, our maximum liability to any individual player is limited to the value of real-money funds held in their yyy9 account at the time of the relevant issue.

11 Changes to These Terms

yyy9 reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we make significant changes, we will notify registered players via email or through an in-platform notification. The updated Terms will show a revised "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with updated Terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.
